I cannot tell you how much worry that DPD has saved me from!!! My husband and I both work FT, and use DPD at least once a week when we know we will be stuck at work to take our Mazzy on a nice walk! We always receive prompt service, Maz absolutely loves the dog walkers that come, and most importantly, I get a full report after the walk! What I also love is scheduling is super easy and convenient - right online, and you can even text to set something up! I also love the flexibility - I request a very specific time and they absolutely accommodate me. I can't recommend this team enough for its efficiency, but more importantly how much they all love taking care of the members of our family! I wish I could give more stars :)!

DPD is the best! Kevin is responsive, responsible, and leads an excellent team. They treat our dog like one of their own. When I arrive home after a day that DPD has visited, our dog is clearly happy with how her day has gone. The online registering system is super flexible and their overall communication is excellent. We got video updates in the early stages, and we continue to get picture updates on a regular basis. The DPD team has even gone out of its way to help us out while we have been between houses. And the entire team is available practically 24/7 to the extent that we ever need to talk with somebody about an upcoming trip, a question that we have, etc...

Kevin and the rest of DPD has been the absolute best thing for me and Bentley. They are so accommodating to my schedule for when I need to add extra walks in at last minute. Bentley adores them and absolutely loves his walks. He has been walking with DPD since he was puppy and has grown so much and has made so many doggy friends. I'm now in my second year of using Downtown Pittsburgh Dogs and I love them. More importantly, my pooch loves them. I have an older dog that I can no longer board and am extremely grateful for their overnight service. I know Ripley is safe, comfortable and loved.
